Interim - 6 months initiallyOutside IR35 600- 800 per dayOur client, a very successful PE backed technology business are looking to bring onboard a Senior Marketing Operations Technology Specialist who will focus on the strategy, implementation and operational efficiency of the company's marketing output. It will be this persons responsibility to improve lead management processes, marketing data, marketing automation and software tools and tracking performance.What You Will DoReview of current data, information and historical trends to help provide insights into best practices and improvements of data qualityWork closely with the Business Development to drive KPI s, efficiencies and best practice to achieve targetsImplementation and ongoing improvement of marketing systems such as GONG and Salesloft and leading the integration with the sales enablementEnhancement of all marketing operations to facilitate full end to end customer lifecycle management - lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention and advocacyDrive marketing operations with the focus on enabling efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with sales initiativesManage and pull key marketing metrics, inputting these measurements into reports that measure the performance of the marketing team as a wholeBuild, manage and maintain dashboards for reporting with information pulled from multiple sources including Marketo and Salesforce.Build knowledge across the marketing team of good practice in marketing operations to drive both effectiveness and efficiency.Work with the Director of Marketing Operations to devise and deliver regular reporting on key metrics for marketing ROI to senior stakeholders, and on campaign and channel effectiveness to marketing colleagues to improve approach. What You Will HaveExperience in a marketing operations roleProven track record of deriving analytical insights and improving marketing performanceExperience evaluating and implementing marketing tools ideally across automation, attribution, and lead scoringComfortable drawing insights and proposed action plansKnowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, SalesLoft and Gong
