Summary: The Oracle EBS HR/Payroll Techno Functional Consultant role involves improving and resolving issues within HR and Payroll systems using Oracle EBS. This position is contracted for 3-6 months and requires hybrid working, with one day a week onsite in London. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to identify problems and implement new processes. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to review current issues within Payroll.
• Engage with stakeholders to ascertain issues and present new processes to be put in place for Oracle EBS HR Function.

Key Skills:

• Extensive Technical Oracle E-Business Suite experience (PL SQL) as well as functional expertise primarily HR & Payroll modules. Current version of Oracle EBS UCL is 12.2.14.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules, preferably HR, PAY, SSHR, AM and OLM and preferably have completed at least one full project life cycle engagement in Oracle HCM (On Prem).
• HRMS Schema and RTI Processes Understanding
• Oracle EBS functional certifications would be an advantage
