Summary: The Senior Compensation Advisor role involves managing European Gender Pay Gap reporting for an insurance client on an 18-month contract. The position requires strong data management skills and the ability to develop tools and processes for job mapping and calibration activities. The advisor will also create communication materials and deliver training to stakeholders while ensuring governance frameworks are established. This role is hybrid with occasional travel to the London office and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of EU PTD and synthesize large amounts of data into key findings
  • Review and identify enhancements for the updated career framework, including job functions and families
  • Develop tools and processes for effective mapping of colleagues to jobs
  • Support calibration activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of alignment
  • Develop communication materials and deliver training to stakeholders
  • Develop governance framework, including tools, processes, and training materials
