Key Responsibilities:

• Development and ongoing management of project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Adherence to project methodology best practice and associated creation/maintenance of project artefacts.
• Ensure alignment across multiple projects to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities, acting as a liaison between projects and external advisors.
• Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation.
• Effective stakeholder management planning and delivery, including coordination of project status updates for leadership.

Key Skills:

• Proven success managing complex, global/regional HR projects (Total Rewards experience beneficial).
• Strong organizational skills; planning and organizing work efficiently, handling multiple projects and priorities.
• Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating and supporting change management activities.
