We are looking for an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Data & Analytics Lead to drive the development and delivery of data and analytics solutions within the procurement and supplier management domains.
This role is integral to ensuring the organization's source-to-pay processes are supported by robust analytics, high-quality data, and insightful reporting.
The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement modules with expertise in data management, analytics tools, and leadership.Key Responsibilities

- Lead Data and Analytics Initiatives: Develop and implement data models, reporting solutions, and dashboards tailored to the Source-to-Pay process using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Data Strategy Development: Define and execute a data strategy for procurement, covering master data management, migration, and governance.
- Analytics Enablement: Design Embedded analytics and reporting tools to enhance procurement insights, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business objectives.
- Data Migration Oversight: Manage data migration and transformation activities for source-to-pay processes during SAP S/4HANA implementation or upgrades.
- Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and third-party procurement tools, leveraging APIs and Middleware where needed.
- Governance and Quality Assurance: Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Leadership and Training: Provide guidance to analytics teams and train end-users on SAP reporting tools and best practices.
