ul> Experience includes handling large transformation, implementations & Rollout SAP projects. Should have knowledge in Manufacturing domain Should have experience working closely with Customer CXO Community Should understand all the IT projects within Customer landscape and create a cohesive program plan and define the execution methodology Should have a POV on the complete customer's enterprise architecture Should be able to understand and provide a POV on the customer IT landscape which includes, SAP applications and non-SAP applications, including Cloud infrastructure Should be able to suggest various SAP functionalities & non-SAP products to suite customer's requirements Should be well versed with the latest happenings in SAP wrt its product evolution Should have handled SAP implementations, Rollouts & Upgrades. Should be able to easily navigate through the customer eco system and be a trusted advisor Should work closely with Customer IT team Should work with Business users, listen to the issues and give them confidence that the current SAP solutions will solve their issues Should work closely with Manufacturing plant teams during the Rollouts and represent the client. Work with SAP teams to ensure delivery timelines are adhered Work with multiple project teams to align to an overall program plan Should have experience in working with Onsite/offshore teams Willing for frequent travels Having connects with the Senior folks in SAP UK is an added advantage.
