Our client is looking for a talented Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) Technical Lead / Architect
to support critical projects. This role involves overseeing project assurance, asset production, and deployment, as well as contributing to technological advancements within the Salesforce ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


SFSC Project Assurance:


  • Collaborate with partners to review proposals and challenge workload estimates.

  • Participate in discovery and design phases, ensuring scalability and compliance with SFSC best practices.

  • Recommend and validate architecture and designs.


Asset Production:


  • Support CRM teams in designing and implementing new assets.

  • Analyze feature requirements, create architecture diagrams, and decompose user stories into tasks.

  • Lead the implementation, testing, and documentation of assets.


Asset Deployment & Brand Support:


  • Demonstrate assets to brands and guide implementation.

  • Conduct gap analyses and create solution roadmaps.

  • Provide technical support for Salesforce-related queries.


Technological Monitoring:


  • Conduct impact analyses of SFSC updates.

  • Evaluate new Salesforce modules (e.g., NPS solutions, appointment booking).


Expected Skills & Experience


  • Significant expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC)
    and Sales Cloud.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to design scalable systems capable of handling high volumes.

  • Proven ability to architect solutions that leverage SFSC effectively.

  • Experience leading technical design sessions, code reviews, and delivering custom development, integrations, and data migration.

  • Tools: SFSC (including security), Jira, Confluence.


Bonus Skills: Salesforce certifications are recommended but not mandatory.
