Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, define development objectives, and deliver solutions that drive business value.
• Develop and configure complex custom solutions, workflows, and process automations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Conduct unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure the quality of solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce applications and processes to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and suggest improvements to leverage new functionalities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of [x] years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and/or LWC).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce, such as Jenkins, Git, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security features, data management, and best practices.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Other Skills: Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
