Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, validate, and document business requirements for data modelling.
• Cross-check and validate the completeness and readiness of data requirements.
• Analyse and validate business process models, state transition diagrams, and data usage patterns.
• Collaborate with data modellers, engineers, or architects.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine and validate data requirements.
• Present data model proposals and gather feedback for optimisation.
• Validate data models and structures against business needs.
• Manage stakeholder communications effectively.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data modelling or data-related projects (5+ years).
• Good understanding of data modelling concepts and techniques (e.g., ER diagrams).
• Familiarity with tools such as Sparx, Visio, and SQL.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with a dynamic technology consultancy (desirable).
• Basic understanding of database systems, ETL processes, and data warehouses (desirable).
• Awareness of data governance and regulatory compliance standards (desirable).
