Summary: The Business Analyst role involves supporting a Microsoft 365 migration for a financial services client on a 6-month contract basis. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge and business analysis skills to facilitate user adoption and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to manage change and support the IT team in delivering technical solutions. This role is classified as inside IR35 and requires two days of onsite work per week in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of a Microsoft 365 migration.
• Conduct business analysis activities and develop key BA artefacts.
• Ensure adherence to change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Provide ongoing business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and teamwork among project stakeholders.
• Assist business owners with readiness activities, including procedures and training needs.
• Support the IT team in system testing and implementation planning.
• Develop communication channels and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Experience with M365 collaboration tools rollout.
• Knowledge of Microsoft DLP controls (Purview, SITs, Classification).
• Understanding of retention and deletion policies.
• Experience in migrating unstructured data to knowledge management systems.
• Ability to create learning content for user adoption of Microsoft products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and SMEs.
