Summary: The Senior UAT/Lead Test Engineer will lead the User Acceptance Testing phase for a significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation program. This role requires a strong background in UAT for large-scale CRM projects and proficiency in Azure DevOps. The position is hybrid, necessitating regular on-site presence in Edinburgh. The contract duration is between 8 to 12 months, starting in May/June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation program.
• Manage test case documentation and defect tracking using Azure DevOps.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and management.
• Oversee vendor and external partner management throughout the testing process.
• Maintain a strategic overview of testing while being detail-oriented and hands-on.
• Ensure frequent on-site engagement in Edinburgh, up to 4 days per week.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience leading UAT for large-scale CRM projects, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for test management.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules and business processes.
