Summary: The Workday Financials Programme Director will lead the implementation of Workday Financials for a global financial services client, focusing on European operations. This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale Workday Financials projects and involves hybrid working with some travel across Europe. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the overarching programme objectives of the Workday Financials implementation programme, with a European focus
• Experience working on a Workday Financials Implementation project on a global scale
• Shape, define and drive delivery of a holistic European implementation programme, encompassing each of the in scope business locations
• Work with local business and operational stakeholders to define and deliver the solution meeting business and operational priorities
• Establish and orchestrate European governance forums and stakeholder management that ensures effective delivery, adherence to local regulatory policies and business controls
• Ensure the strong delivery of the Workday Financials Programme on a global scale
