Summary: The PES / HR Onboarding Coordinator role is a 6-month temporary contract focused on delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees. The position requires collaboration with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role is based in either Glasgow or Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a heartfelt onboarding experience for new joiners, working closely with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and clear, honest communication throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Managing pre-employment screening checks and ensuring all Right to Work requirements are met.
  • Issuing contracts and inputting new colleague details into the HR payroll system.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure roles are set up correctly in CoreHR.
  • Analysing weekly reports and contributing to wider HR project work.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Continuously seeking ways to enhance the colleague experience.
