Summary: The Test Analyst role involves working on a Finance Transformation Project within the insurance industry, focusing on Workday Financials testing. The position is a hands-on role within the Central Test Team, responsible for all testing activities related to the program. The contract is for an initial duration of six months and requires occasional travel to the office and internationally. The role demands strong experience in finance transformation and ERP testing, particularly with Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing activities within the Finance Transformation program.
• Support all testing phases and activities in scope for the program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business and implementation partners.
• Demonstrate testing knowledge in areas such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Participate in the Central Test Team's overall testing strategy and execution.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Finance Transformation programs.
• Extensive experience in ERP Testing.
• Strong experience in Workday Financials Testing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Record to Report processes.
• Knowledge of Workday Finance testing areas including Prism & Accounting Centre.
