Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and project manage the district onboarding process
• Ensure district projects are on track by collaborating cross-functionally with other stakeholders
• Facilitate kickoff calls with new and returning district partners
• Create an internal and external project plan that aligns to customer goals
• Create a professional development plan and roll-out strategy
• Own all external and internal communication regarding project status
• Understand ClassDojo’s products and services to guide customers effectively
• Work with the broader success and implementation team to improve systems and processes

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of project management experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects on tight deadlines
