Role Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud (Field Service) Architect to join our team. This senior-level enterprise architect role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, with a primary focus on Field Service capabilities within a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have multi-year implementation experience, a strong ability to define enterprise architecture target visions based on leading practices, and proven success in delivering scalable solutions.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and drive the enterprise architecture vision and strategy for Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.

  • Lead multi-year Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service implementation projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert, providing hands-on support for the configuration, integration, and customization of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design innovative solutions, and deliver exceptional results.

  • Ensure delivery excellence through proactive risk management, adherence to project timelines, and quality assurance practices.

  • Provide architectural governance and guidance to ensure the integrity of the solution across its lifecycle.

  • Stay current with Salesforce product updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Mentor and guide project teams, promoting a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.



Required Qualifications:



  • Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service implementations in B2B environments.

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-year Salesforce projects with a focus on scalability, performance, and enterprise-grade architecture.

  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Service Cloud, Field Service, and integration options.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service tools such as work order management, scheduling optimization, and mobile workforce capabilities.

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, with a focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design creative and effective solutions to complex challenges.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant, or Salesforce Technical Architect are highly desirable.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with API integrations, middleware solutions, and multi-cloud architectures.

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI-driven service automation and predictive analytics.

  • Previous experience in guiding organizations through digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce.
