We are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Safeguarding Adults & Professional Standards Team in Derby City. This role focuses on promoting the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults while maintaining professional standards within adult social care.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake safeguarding investigations in line with legal frameworks, including the Care Act.
Assess, plan, and manage risks for vulnerable adults.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding.
Promote professional standards of practice and compliance with statutory requirements.
Support adults in achieving desired outcomes while maintaining their rights and dignity.

Requirements:

Social Work England registration (essential).
Proven experience in adult safeguarding and professional standards within social care.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and safeguarding frameworks.
Excellent communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
