Summary: The Change Analyst role involves supporting the Organisation Change Lead and Business Change Analysts in developing and implementing change management strategies within a Greater Manchester NHS client. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and to promote a positive attitude towards change during a period of significant transformation. The role is contract-based for three months and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Organisation Change Lead and Business Change Analysts in developing the Change Management workstream strategy, plan, and content.
- Work with stakeholders, operations, and clinical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as champions of the new process, addressing concerns and promoting a positive attitude towards change.
- Highlight and document inefficiencies in the old process and identify benefits of the new approach.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to validate the new process against clinical and operational needs.
- Develop and support the creation of process maps to compare old vs new workflows, identifying bottlenecks and gaps.
- Conduct change impact analysis activities.
Key Skills:
- Change Management experience.
- Experience working within the NHS or with public sector organisations.
- Familiarity with business process analysis techniques and methods.
- Experience in process mapping, process redesign, and benefits management.
