Summary: Synechron is seeking a Workday Engineer to address a backlog of various projects in the UK. The role primarily allows for remote work, with occasional reporting to the client's Edinburgh offices. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Workday integrations and report writing. This position is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Workday Integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Utilize knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM and Payroll.
• Write and manage Workday reports effectively.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders within the organization.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in developing Workday Integrations with Studio experience.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and Payroll.
• Strong skills in Workday Report Writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
