Summary: The Regional Support Manager role involves overseeing nursery operations across multiple settings in Bristol, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering positive relationships with parents and staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Support managers across multiple nursery settings to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with the director to manage KPIs.
- Build positive relationships with parents and key interfacing groups.
- Manage site managers and ensure effective service delivery.
- Oversee recruitment, induction, ongoing supervision, and staff training needs.
- Supervise planning and preparation of activities in line with EYFS.
- Ensure adherence to nursery policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets and maintain accurate records of staffing, payroll, and fee collection.
- Attend out-of-hours activities, including training and special events.
- Work term time, 40 hours per week.
Key Skills:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or above.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Early Years Regulations.
- Experience with Ofsted Inspections.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships with parents and staff.
