• Designing for end-to-end customer journeys across web and app, including prescriptions, health services, vaccinations, pet prescriptions, and OTC products.
• Bringing strong UX thinking and polished UI execution to every brief, balancing usability with brand.
• Navigating a regulated industry with an eye for compliance and how it shapes design and CTAs.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams on 45 live projects and an additional 35 in the roadmap.

Key Skills:

• A strong background in UX/UI, ideally with agency experience.
• Experience across multiple industries with a wide skill set.
