Summary: The Training Development Officer role at NaCTSO focuses on ensuring the effective delivery and accreditation of Counter Terrorism training across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the training, licensing, and accreditation of all CT Protect and Prepare resources across the CT Network of the UK.
• Ensure all relevant licence submissions follow the City and Guilds accreditation standards.
• Assess CT Prepare CPD evidence submissions to ensure they achieve the required standard.
• Support all relevant CT Protect and Prepare personnel in the compilation of CPD and licensing requirements.
• Support the delivery of NaCTSO training products including various courses related to Counter Terrorism.
• Engage with the CTSA, CTAA, and CT Prepare network through national and regional meetings.
• Maintain effective communication between NaCTSO and regional resources.
• Support Line management requests as required.
