Summary: The Software Test Engineer will work within a scrum team in the Satellite Communications Domain, focusing on testing and delivering software solutions in an agile environment. The role requires expertise in test automation technologies such as Java, Selenium, and Cucumber, as well as the ability to conduct independent exploratory testing. The Engineer will also be responsible for generating documentation in line with project standards and ensuring code quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verifying and validating code quality for new product development using agile methodology and supporting test documentation development.
• Collaborating with the team to design, implement, and test features for new product development.
• Estimating tasks in accordance with sprint planning.
• Producing tests within an agile environment using GIT and Jira for development management.
• Conducting manual and automated testing using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Java, and Postman.
• Defining test cases and executing test phases throughout the development process.
• Interpreting Model Based System Engineering Diagrams.
• Supporting Test Readiness Boards and Test Reviews as guided by the Test Lead.
• Completing test phases independently and within a team environment.
