Summary: The ServiceNow Developer with Angular JS is responsible for configuring and managing the Cloud Governance Process on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with technology standards. The developer will build technical solutions, propose API-based enhancements, and provide insights on best practices within the ServiceNow environment. The position requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and experience in end-to-end development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on project needs and process requirements.
• Translating business requirements into functional design.
• Proposing API-based solutions focused on usability and automation.
• Providing technical insights on the capabilities and best practices of the ServiceNow platform.
• Delivering toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.
• Working closely with BAs, architects, platform & testing team, and process teams.
• Identifying areas of process and tooling improvement and providing necessary solutions.

Key Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow web services and APIs.
• Expertise in JavaScript and working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, Workflow Configuration.
• Knowledge of web applications, network protocols (SMTP, POP3), and relational databases.
• Experience in AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, client-side and server-side scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Portal, Integration Hub, and developing complex widgets.
• Experience developing complex workflows and flow designers.
• Experience developing reusable APIs and custom scoped applications.
• Complex reporting and experience dealing with version upgrades.
