Summary: This role is for a Senior Mobile Engineer in a fast-growing technology organization focused on redefining productivity in the software engineering industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, including product management, engineering, and design.
- Lead the design and implementation of loosely coupled, scalable systems within a microservices architecture.
- Use a modern tech stack (such as TypeScript, Python, and Java), ensuring best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
- Leverage mobile technologies (such as Kotlin, Swift, or Hybrid frameworks) to build performant mobile applications.
- Take ownership of web and mobile application design, including state management solutions (such as Redux, MobX, or Vuex).
- Operate and maintain mission-critical systems focusing on high availability, resilience, and service quality.
- Stay informed of the latest trends in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) and continuously advocate for improvements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on software development best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving.
- Participate in the entire product lifecycle from discovery and concept to solution development, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
