Summary: The Senior Marketing Executive role at a leading property developer involves managing digital content, creating engaging marketing materials, and supporting the divisional PR plan. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring in-office work three days a week, starting in May. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the content of divisional web pages and property portal pages.
- Write fresh and engaging web, paid social, and digital content.
- Create engaging CRM emails and SMS.
- Utilize group systems and suppliers to book media and create collateral.
- Maintain media and creative costings on the rolling divisional marketing plan.
- Analyze the performance of marketing activity.
- Attend weekly marketing calls with the regional marketing team.
- Develop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in delivering the divisional PR plan.
- Support site marketing, including Show Home launches and events.
- Attend site visits to support performance and review marketing requirements.
- Upload development-specific video content to YouTube.
