Summary: The Senior Marketing Executive role at a leading property developer involves managing digital content, creating engaging marketing materials, and supporting the divisional PR plan. This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract, requiring in-office work three days a week, starting in May. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude, with a focus on collaboration and adaptability. Training will be provided, making it suitable for those eager to learn and grow in the marketing field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the content of divisional web pages and property portal pages.
  • Write fresh and engaging web, paid social, and digital content.
  • Create engaging CRM emails and SMS.
  • Utilize group systems and suppliers to book media and create collateral.
  • Maintain media and creative costings on the rolling divisional marketing plan.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing activity.
  • Attend weekly marketing calls with the regional marketing team.
  • Develop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in delivering the divisional PR plan.
  • Support site marketing, including Show Home launches and events.
  • Attend site visits to support performance and review marketing requirements.
  • Upload development-specific video content to YouTube.
