Summary: The Senior Change Manager role focuses on leading change management activities to enhance the client's Cloud technology, Infrastructure, and Data capabilities within a financial services context. The position requires engaging with CXO-level stakeholders to develop and implement a new Target Operating Model (TOM) while ensuring successful adoption across the Technology organization. This hybrid role necessitates a strong background in change management and experience in large-scale technology transformations. Candidates must hold valid SC clearance and be prepared for a minimum of 40% office presence in central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to the Cloud, Infrastructure, and Data TOMs.
- Engage closely with senior executives to shape and define future-state Target Operating Models.
- Identify, analyse, and manage stakeholder groups at all levels to drive engagement and sustained change.
- Conduct detailed impact and gap assessments on business units and processes.
- Develop tailored change plans for different business areas, defining actions, ownership, timelines, and success measures.
- Create and deliver clear communications to diverse audiences throughout the transformation journey.
- Work with training teams to define and deliver learning programs for new Cloud and Data platforms.
- Identify change resistance and develop action plans to mitigate risks to adoption.
- Define KPIs, track adoption metrics, and report on change progress to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement across change programs.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, IT, or a related field; relevant certification preferred.
- Proven track record as a Business Change Manager on large-scale IT transformations.
- Extensive experience working with CXO-level executives on Target Operating Models.
- Previous experience in Cloud platform implementations, preferably Azure.
- Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments is advantageous.
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to create and execute detailed change and communication plans.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting impact assessments.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement at Executive Leadership levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud services and related technologies.
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
