Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP program initiatives, with a focus on warehousing, manufacturing, and production, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes.
• Oversee all project phases, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across production, supply chain, and IT to customize SAP WM, EWM, MM, and PP modules, tailored to automotive manufacturing standards.
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices for SAP solutions within warehousing and production processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk assessments, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders on program status and deliverables.
• Conduct limited European travel to oversee project milestones and support regional teams on-site as needed.
• Create and manage project documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, and configuration details.
• Develop change management, training, and support programs to ensure effective adoption and utilization of SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, focusing on Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in program or project management, ideally within automotive manufacturing or similar industries.
• Proven expertise in SAP modules WM, EWM, MM, and PP, with knowledge of SAP S/4HANA being highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, particularly with JIT and JIS methodologies.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site SAP deployments, ideally with limited on-site travel requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• SAP certifications (eg, PMP, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP Activate) are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers across all levels.
