Summary: The Business Process Analyst role focuses on enhancing processes within the London Markets insurance sector. The position requires strong experience in process improvement and a deep understanding of the London Market. This is a 6-month contract role that involves hybrid working arrangements, with two days required on-site in London. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver complex optimisation initiatives
- Conduct business analysis within the London Market Insurance sector
- Understand relationships, dependencies, and impacts of change across systems, teams, and processes
- Implement formal change structures and disciplines
- Utilise various Change Management methodologies
- Engage in underwriting processes
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Apply knowledge of Delegated Authority (Terrorism and PI) as needed
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in process optimisation
- Extensive knowledge of London Market Insurance
- Experience with CI/Lean methodologies
- Ability to analyse complex relationships and dependencies
- Familiarity with formal change management structures
- Understanding of various Change Management methodologies
- Experience in underwriting
- Process improvement expertise
- Delegated Authority experience (nice to have)
