Summary: The Business Process Analyst role focuses on enhancing processes within the London Markets insurance sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver complex optimisation initiatives
  • Conduct business analysis within the London Market Insurance sector
  • Understand relationships, dependencies, and impacts of change across systems, teams, and processes
  • Implement formal change structures and disciplines
  • Utilise various Change Management methodologies
  • Engage in underwriting processes
  • Drive process improvement initiatives
  • Apply knowledge of Delegated Authority (Terrorism and PI) as needed

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in process optimisation
  • Extensive knowledge of London Market Insurance
  • Experience with CI/Lean methodologies
