Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Tester to join our QA team in Manchester, UK. The candidate should possess hands-on experience with Salesforce testing and a solid understanding of quality assurance practices in Agile environments. Familiarity with DevOps tools is crucial for supporting continuous integration and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications.
• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Ensure test coverage for customizations, integrations, and standard Salesforce functionality.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Validate data integrity and workflows within Salesforce.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Leverage DevOps tools to support automated deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Tester or QA Engineer with Salesforce platform exposure.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, fields, workflows, and triggers.
• Experience with QA methodologies and best practices in Agile delivery.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
