Summary: The UX Designer role is a fully remote contract position focused on enhancing user experience for cloud products in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality UX mock-ups, supporting design systems, and collaborating with the design team. This position requires a strong proficiency in Figma and experience in user research and web application design. The contract duration is three months, starting on 12/05/2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evolve rough concepts into high-quality UX mock-ups and clickable prototypes for feedback and testing.
• Support the production of compelling presentations to communicate new feature concepts.
• Produce reusable UI components and other assets to expand our UI design language.
• Support our growing design system with well-organised files and assets.
• Engage in critiques and other sessions as part of our regular project related design team activities.

Key Skills:

• Highly proficient in Figma for UX and UI design and rapid prototyping.
• Prior experience designing for web applications.
• Strong understanding of component-based UI design.
• A great eye for visual and interaction details.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Experience in user research - interviews, ethnography, user testing, etc.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Self-starter with the ability to proactively ask questions, clarify briefs, explore alternatives.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
