Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer 3 to join our growth design team, focusing on projects that enhance the adoption of Microsoft 365 products and Copilot. The role involves defining and designing impactful user experiences for a global audience. This position is contract-based and offers the opportunity to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user experiences for Microsoft 365 suite and Copilot.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with a focus on SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and user-centered design processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and data to improve designs.
