Summary: The Technical Architect and Application Support Engineer will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of production environments, ensuring alignment with business requirements. This role involves developing implementation plans for complex changes, monitoring installation effectiveness, and fostering relationships with engineering teams. The position requires a strong technical background, particularly in Azure Cloud, and the ability to work a shifted schedule. A Top Secret Clearance is also necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of ongoing maintenance and management of pre-production and production environments.
• Contribute to the development of implementation plans for complex requests for change.
• Monitor effectiveness of installations and make recommendations for change.
• Develop internal control standards and contribute to procedures.
• Build relationships with engineering groups to understand products, services, and business processes.
• Apply technical support engineering expertise to ensure solutions are properly managed and maintained.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a support engineering role or similar in Azure Cloud.
• Flexibility to work a shifted schedule (working Saturday and Sunday/off on Tuesday and Wednesday).
• Ability to configure, update, diagnose, and execute CI/CD pipelines.
