Key Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, payment processing, or software development with a focus on Stripe
• Hands-on experience with Stripe development
• Strong experience with Stripe products (e.g., Payments, Billing, Connect, Terminal, Treasury)
• Strong understanding of Consolidated Invoicing and Revenue tracking, Billing, Payment Processing, Taxation, Collections, and Settlements
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to establish Stripe technical feasibility by defining Stripe Future State Technical Blueprint and documenting Stripe Technical Design for the Pilot & MVP Scope
• Define the foundational solution architecture to align business requirements
• Conduct solution modeling/design workshops with business and technical teams
• Map business capabilities to Stripe platform features
• Define key solution components including identifying customizations versus out of box features to optimize implementation efforts
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on payment processing, e-commerce, or fintech solutions
• Ability to review and analyze existing AS-IS process documentation
• Ability to engage stakeholders through structured interviews to capture, define, and validate future state requirements, business workflows, and pain-points
• Ability to perform a gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and potential areas for automation
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder alignment workshops to prioritize key use cases, capabilities, and EPICs for Pilot & MVP launch
