Summary: The role of ServiceNow Developer involves developing a variety of ServiceNow applications for a high-growth FinTech company based in North Leeds. The position requires a strong background in core ServiceNow development and module configuration, particularly in ITSM and workflow modules. The developer will engage with stakeholders and utilize their expertise in ServiceNow to enhance business processes. This is an outside IR35 contract role with a duration of 6-12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and configure ServiceNow business rules.
• Implement core ServiceNow configuration skills including CMS, business rules, and workflows.
• Understand and work with ITSM modules such as CSDM and CMDB.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Solid experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Understanding of ITSM modules including CSDM and CMDB.
• Experience with CSM, ITBM, and ITSM.
