Summary: This role is for a Senior Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET) within the Retail Onboarding and Activation team at Schwab, aimed at enhancing the account opening process for clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement test practices, standards and processes, fix test issues, record test results, track and prioritize defects, participate in product readiness and release decisions.
• Ensure automation is consistently running and being analyzed, reporting on failures promptly.
• Implement Automated Unit Tests, Testing Automation and Testing Metrics for publication.
• Collaborate with assigned Product Teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to manage integrated project plans, testing schedules, and metrics.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in writing automation code in Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, or Webdriver.IO for ATDD.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in development, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, and Webdriver.IO.
• Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) using Gherkin language like Cucumber.
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with Jenkins/Bamboo/GIT.
• Experience with Agile Development Practices.
• Good understanding of exploratory testing practices.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools for logging bugs and running test cases (e.g., JIRA/MTM, Zephyr/HPQ).
• Hands-on experience with Web services virtualization.
