Summary: The Scrum Master will join an Agile team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile values and principles. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, team collaboration, and the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Scrum Master will also support Product Owners and track team metrics while fostering a safe and communicative environment. Occasional travel to the client site in Switzerland is required, with the role being predominantly remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a servant-leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles and blockers to ensure team progress and productivity.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, principles, and values.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
• Track team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining a healthy product backlog.
• Foster a safe and trusting environment where open communication can flourish.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to drive Agile maturity across the organization.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
