This role is designed for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Sales Support Specialist will assist in managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, coordinating orders, and maintaining customer data, enabling the sales team to focus on achieving their targets.If want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup and make a difference for women's health please join us!Responsibilities Customer Communication:Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information or redirecting to the appropriate sales team member.Support sales representatives in managing customer relationships by preparing follow-up correspondence and maintaining regular communication.Sales Documentation and Order Management:Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain organized records of all sales activities, including order confirmations, invoices, and contracts.Coordinate the delivery of products and payments by liaising with logistics, manufacturing, and finance teams.CRM Management:Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.Launching mass email campaignsSales Analysis:Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to provide insights into sales performance.Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or Bachelor s degree + equivalent work experience).1+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is preferable.Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferable .Strong organizational and time-management skills.Native / Bilingual Proficiency in English.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.DetailsThe role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and overlap with the US time zone (EST).What We OfferYou will work with a dedicated, highly-engaged, international team of professionals who are passionate about helping couples and individuals start their familiesWe have a fast paced and collaborative work environment where we encourage open communication, ownership and independenceIn addition to competitive salary we offer performance-based bonus system based on OKRWe provide professional development opportunities - training courses, workshops and seminarsRecruiting processStep 1 Screening call with HR - Step 2 Assessment task - Step 3 Interview with department lead
