Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze current business processes.
• Create clear and detailed process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in workflows.
• Support process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define "as-is" and "to-be" process models.
• Ensure alignment of business processes with best practices and operational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to gather process insights.

Key Skills:

• Experience in business process analysis, process mapping, or workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in process modelling tools (eg, Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, ARIS).
• Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical processes in a clear, structured, and visual way.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Improvement is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools or RPA (eg, UiPath, Blue Prism) is advantageous.
