Key Responsibilities:

• Bring e-commerce/marketplace experience to the table, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet the demands of retail and marketplace platforms.
• Drive process improvements and help introduce a more structured approach, bringing agility to the team even in a non-traditional agile environment.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and other departments, ensuring alignment on strategic goals.
• Work in a fast-paced, chaotic environment where the ability to make quick decisions and act with confidence is key.
• Shape and define product strategy while supporting teams in executing against business goals.
