Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle eBusiness & Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant for a 12-month remote contract. The role involves leading the delivery of Oracle-based solutions, managing pre-sales activities, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in Oracle eBusiness and Cloud HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of eBusiness and Cloud HCM solutions.
• Provide engagement management and maintain strong commercial awareness, including pre-sales experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.
• Define, scope, plan, and estimate project requirements for Oracle-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, Oracle, and other partners.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including business users and stakeholders.
• Influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Show innovative and creative thinking, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with Security Clearance eligibility requirements.
