Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Analyse existing IAM processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Conduct risk assessments for identity provisioning and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
• Create and refine workflows, process models, and system architecture diagrams.
• Design IAM processes and enforce governance policies (e.g. RBAC, access control frameworks).
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support audits and system upgrades with proper documentation and reporting.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to support user adoption of IAM tools.
• Promote security best practices across business units.
• Define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Participate in SIT and UAT cycles during IAM implementation and upgrades.

Key Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in IAM projects.
• Experience with any major IAM platforms: One Identity Manager (preferred), SailPoint, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
• Proven background in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
