Summary: The D365 CRM Developer role focuses on developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Build and maintain custom integrations with external systems using tools like Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.
- Make updates and enhancements to existing integrations and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and support activities as part of the delivery lifecycle.
- Document changes and ensure alignment with internal standards and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on development experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
- Experience with Power Pages / Power Portals.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, etc.).
- Knowledge of Dataverse / Common Data Service.
- Strong understanding of integration approaches, including REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
- Ability to understand and map business processes into technical solutions.
- English-speaking with clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
