Summary: The D365 CRM Architect role focuses on designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, particularly Power Apps. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain system integrations with external systems.
• Modify and optimise existing integrations and applications as business needs evolve.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams and business users.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and performance.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect within the Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CE space.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Pages / Power Portals.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dataverse.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of integration methods (APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Custom Connectors).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to map processes into effective digital solutions.
• English-speaking with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in remote/distributed teams.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (desirable).
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) (desirable).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (desirable).
