Key Responsibilities:

- Identify process gaps and propose practical, business-focused solutions using data and observation.
- Facilitate discussions and clarify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:
- 4 years of experience in business analysis, technical project management, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD, automation, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Git.
- Outstanding communication skills to simplify technical concepts for executives and frame business needs for engineers.
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to scripting or infrastructure-as-code is a bonus.
- Experience with SaaS is a plus.
