Summary: The AML Project Manager oversees all programs, work streams, projects, and sub-projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves managing the Pre-Completion Testing Team, which reviews regulatory issues to confirm that appropriate remedial actions have been implemented. The testing is conducted at both the Design and Operating Effectiveness levels before final submission. The position is remote and based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage activities of all programs, work streams, projects, and sub-projects.
• Ensure the Bank meets regulatory requirements and expectations.
• Oversee the Pre-Completion Testing Team's review of regulatory issues.
• Verify and validate that appropriate remedial actions have been taken.
• Conduct pre-completion testing at the Design and Operating Effectiveness level.
