Summary: The AML Project Manager oversees the management of various programs and projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves leading the Pre-Completion Testing Team, which reviews regulatory issues and validates remedial actions taken. The position is focused on ensuring design and operating effectiveness before final submissions. It is a remote role based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage activities of all programs, work streams, projects, and sub-projects.
• Ensure the Bank meets regulatory requirements and expectations.
• Lead the Pre-Completion Testing Team in reviewing regulatory issues.
• Verify and validate appropriate remedial actions for raised issues.
• Conduct pre-completion testing at the design and operating effectiveness level.
