Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple projects across ITO and tracking progress while evaluating risks.
• Preparing materials for monthly and quarterly committees by gathering information across CMI, IT, and Operations.
• Challenging KPI and progress with IT, Operations, and CMI teams.
• Leading a transversal programme roadmap progress across ITO related to regulatory reporting.
• Advising, managing, or leading projects to ensure key outcomes associated with the programme roadmap are delivered.
• Managing stakeholders in ITO, Businesses, and Compliance up to senior level.
• Organising and managing meetings and workshops.
