Summary: The Project Management Workflow Specialist will support AMP Production teams by building, automating, and optimizing workflows primarily using Airtable over a 14-month contract. This role involves creating reports, writing scripts for automation, and ensuring efficient project management processes. The specialist will collaborate with teams to understand their needs and provide training on workflow tools. The position requires a strong organizational skill set and the ability to troubleshoot workflow issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and customize workflows within Airtable and other project management tools, ensuring they meet the specific needs of AMP Production teams.
- Create detailed and accurate reports as requested by AMP Production teams, ensuring they provide clear insights into project progress and outcomes.
- Write and implement scripts to automate repetitive project management and reporting tasks to increase productivity and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with AMP Production teams to understand their workflow requirements and translate them into effective solutions within project management tools.
- Continuously monitor and optimize workflows to ensure high efficiency and alignment with production goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to workflows or automation, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Provide support and training to internal teams on the use of workflow tools and automation best practices.
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure data flows smoothly and efficiently between systems.
Key Skills:
- Experience with project management tools, particularly Airtable (experience with other tools is a plus).
- Experience with reporting tools to generate and manage project data and reports.
- Project management experience, with a strong understanding of workflows and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation, including knowledge of Airtable Scripting or similar scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, able to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions.
