Summary: The PMO Specialist role involves coordinating project activities within a global financial institution's Markets transformation team on an initial 9-month contract. The successful candidate will manage project documentation, facilitate meetings, and maintain reports on UAT test results and key performance indicators. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. There is a high possibility of contract extension based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage project documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including documenting minutes.
- Assist in submitting updates to meet reporting requirements.
- Coordinate project activities and maintain project plans, status reports, and RAID logs.
- Participate in issue and risk identification and resolution, and dependency tracking.
- Plan and facilitate working group meetings.
- Maintain reports on daily UAT test results and key KPIs, including execution and pass rates, trade inventory bookings, defect discovery rates, and progress burndowns.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Inquisitive nature, with the ability to ask pertinent questions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of project plan mechanics to highlight the impacts of changes.
- Experience in regulatory delivery and proficiency in MS Project (preferred).
